We are most frequently asked to help companies moving into business centres, managed offices or serviced offices where the landlord provides the internet connection and ‘presents’ it as an Ethernet wall port. This leaves the tenant to select, buy, configure and manage a router/firewall, network switch and wireless access point of their own.
Once we have had a conversation with you to understand your requirements and liaised with the office provider to understand their offering we will manage the entire installation process. Importantly, we will provide ongoing management of the network to keep it up to date and secure, and answer any ongoing questions that you might have.
